Under New Management
The motel is under new management as well as new owners.
Pets
We are pet-friendly. Please mention this at the time of booking.
We only allocate certain rooms for guests with pets. If you bring a pet without mentioning it during booking and a pet-friendly room is not available, we will not be able to keep your reservation, and your payment will be forfeited.
If you bring a pet into a non–pet-friendly room, your $200 bond will be forfeited. Additional charges may apply for pet-friendly rooms.
Please note: Pets are not permitted in Spa Rooms.
Smoking Policies
All rooms are non-smoking, including the areas surrounding the motel rooms.
A dedicated smoking area is available on the property — please ask our reception staff for directions.
Cancellations, Amendments and Pre Payment Policy
Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation is available up to 48 hours prior to your arrival date. After this period, the full amount will be charged and becomes non-refundable for the entire stay.
Example: If you are arriving on Friday, any changes or cancellations must be made in writing by midnight on Tuesday.
Prepayment
Within 48 hours prior to your arrival date, the full amount of your stay will be charged to the credit card provided at the time of booking. This payment is non-refundable.
Non-Refundable Bookings
For non-refundable bookings, full payment will be taken at the time of booking. This payment is strictly non-refundable.
Group Cancellations and Amendments
Bookings of five (5) rooms or more must be changed or cancelled by 12:00 PM, seven (7) days prior to the reservation date.
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required seven (7) days prior to arrival. This amount will be charged to the card provided at the time of booking, or a direct deposit can be arranged.
If a cancellation or amendment is not made within this timeframe, the full fee per room will be charged to the credit card on file or deducted from the direct deposit.
Bond
A $200 security bond will be pre-authorized on arrival for debit card holders. You may use a valid credit card or a debit card for pre-authorization.
The bond will be released after check-out, provided there are no incidentals or damages during your stay.
Pets
If you are bringing pets, you must inform us prior to arrival.
A $25.00 per night, per pet fee applies, payable directly upon check-in.
Failure to notify us in advance may result in a pet-friendly room being unavailable and a higher fee being charged.
Housekeeping
If your stay includes a Sunday or Public Holiday, please note that room servicing will not be available on those days.
After Hours Check In
After-Hours Check-In Information
You will receive an online check-in form prior to your arrival.
Please complete and return this form as we are unable to process after-hours check-ins without it.
If you are unable to complete the form while traveling, please contact the office for assistance.
If your stay has not been prepaid, the balance will be charged to the credit card provided at the time of booking. If payment has already been made, the card will simply serve as a guarantee.
Your key will be placed in the after-hours key safe located on the reception wall. Further instructions will be provided on the day of check-in.
If You Arrive After Reception Hours
- Check your email and complete the online check-in form.
- Once completed, call the after-hours number: 4151 2365.
- Do not call until the form has been submitted.
Important Information
After-hours check-in assistance is only available until 9:00 PM.
If a manager needs to attend an after-hours check-in after 9:00 PM, a $100.00 call-out fee will apply.
To avoid additional fees, please complete the online form and organize your check-in ahead of time.
